All product returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase with a 10% restocking fee. Used returns will have a 20% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for return postage.

SAFEDRIVE Warranty
The SafeDrive Pro and SafeDrive Pro Plus comes with a two-year, renewable and transferrable warranty for the life of the pedal. If any part of the pedal fails for any reason, simply contact us and we will provide new parts free of charge, just pay shipping and handling. Renewing the warranty for another two years or transferring the warranty requires purchasing the products Maintenance Kit every two years. The kit contains new cables, cable conduit(s), replacement springs, nylon pulley and guide(s), pulley bearing(s), flashlight and zip ties.
We recommend replacing the cable every year and installing a maintenance kit every two years to help protect against unexpected failures, ensure your safety, and the safety of others on the road.
